National and European legislation on the protection of personal data provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, which must be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of the privacy and rights of data subjects. Eventicinque srl undertakes to process and store the personal data provided and collected through its website with the utmost confidentiality, care, and diligence, in accordance with the law.

Personal data subject to processing
Personal data is collected:
- through the voluntary sending of emails by users to the email addresses published on the site and/or by completing the data collection forms available on the site;
- through the completion of the data fields required to finalize the hotel reservation;
- through the acquisition of browsing data by the applications dedicated to the operation of the website during navigation. This information, which cannot be directly associated with the user's identity, includes, for example, parts of the IP address, domain names, and browser type used, the date and time of the request, and other parameters regarding the operating system and IT environment used. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its proper functioning, identify anomalies and/or abuse, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the site or third parties.

Purpose and legal basis of processing
Personal data voluntarily provided by site visitors via email is collected, recorded, and used by Eventicinque srl exclusively to manage the requests expressed by the senders. Website visitors who voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter by completing the dedicated forms receive periodic information on promotional offers, initiatives, events, and tourist itinerary suggestions. You can unsubscribe at any time. The legal basis for processing (Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679) is the data subject's express consent.
The data provided by completing the data fields required to finalize the hotel reservation are used by Eventicinque srl to acquire and confirm the reservation of accommodation and ancillary services, and to provide the requested services. Since this processing is necessary for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, provision of personal data is mandatory. If you refuse to provide your personal data, Eventicinque srl will not be able to confirm the reservation or provide the requested services. The data provided will also be used to fulfill the obligation set forth in the "Consolidated Law on Public Safety" (Article 109 of Royal Decree 18/6/1931 no. 773), which requires the electronic communication of customer details to the competent Police Headquarters for public safety purposes.
Data Processing Methods and Communication
Data processing related to the management of the Eventicinque srl website takes place at the Data Controller's registered and operational headquarters and is handled by personnel appointed for such processing.
The data is processed electronically, in compliance with personal data protection legislation. Appropriate security measures are implemented to prevent loss, illicit or improper use, and unauthorized access.
The data acquired is not disclosed by Eventicinque srl to third parties unless disclosure is strictly necessary for the requests/processing purposes indicated by the senders. In this case, these are entities acting as data processors, namely: individuals, companies, or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to the Data Controller in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, and financial matters; entities with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of services (for example, hosting providers, network equipment and electronic communications network maintenance personnel). Nature of provision and refusal
Except as specified for browsing data, the user voluntarily provides personal data. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to activate the services provided by the site and/or respond to requests.
Data retention
The processing will last no longer than the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data was provided by users. Rights of data subjects
The data subjects to whom the personal data refers, pursuant to Articles Pursuant to Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, data subjects have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data from the Data Controller, Eventicinque srl, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or request their integration, erasure, rectification, or restriction if processed unlawfully, and to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
Any requests to exercise their rights as a data subject must be sent to Eventicinque srl via certified email (PEC) or registered mail to the addresses indicated above.
In any case, data subjects always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Privacy) pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation if they believe that the processing of their data violates applicable law.
